Sometimes we are asked to provide an estimate over the phone. This is impossible without performing an inspection of these tiles and perhaps doing some testing so that we know what is the best course of action for your particular needs. The reason an inspection is so important is because there are so many types of Saltillo tiles with different finishes applied to them. We need to inspect the color, see if it has a faux finish, see what type of sealer has been applied (penetrating, urethane, acrylic or was it pre-sealed at the factory?). Does it need to be stripped? If so what type of stripper? Once we perform an inspection we can answer all of your questions and provide you with a fair and honest quote.
